Mysterious cars next door

I felt compelled to call the sheriff today, because I noticed some strange vehicles next door in the driveway of a lot that has never been purchased. I saw them there yesterday..and again this evening as I was walking. In all the years I have lived there, I have never seen that before, and the question would be what are they doing there? So anyway, the deputiescame out and checked on the vehicles and found that they had no warrants on them but wre rgisted to a Glen Allen address..a community closer to Richmond about 45 minutes from here. I mean unless they bought the lot..they really have no reason to be there..I guess I will keep tabs on them and see if they move or not..They could have bought the property..but these aren't work vehicles they are regular cars, and since the people are not there now..they must have had someone pick them up....?

This wasn't at a house it was a vacant lot next door. A house wouldn't ahve made it strange.

@andriaperry I didn't really think that, but I don't think strange vehicles should be lurking about for no reason.

@snowy22315 I agree in the woods something is up, usually to no good and some are watching the house to rob when you leave.

We had that happen to an empty house in our old neighborhood and we called. Turned out the neighborhood teens were throwing parties in that vacant house, destroyed the inside painting on walls and burning things. They caught 3 of them and it cost a fortune to repair. Good for you for being concerned enough to call.

Yes, there is no house there..but there are some buildings back in the area..I think they belong to the guy down the hill but I am not sure. It's kind of weird there is a boat back there and some outbuildings..No clue why that stuff is there..but it's his property I think.

@cintol no clue whatsoever..I would think they would have parked by his driveway if that was the case.

@snowy22315 If they have not bought the lot, there is something fishy.

It isn't like there is a lot of stuff around for them to be doing. They weren't going to the lake from that location.

@andriaperry Not too worried about that, but you never know. I would think that if that was the case they would likely hit some of the more expensive houses in this development, but again..better safe than sorry.
