Farmers Markets

Do you go to Farmers Markets in your local area? Now that it is starting to be growing season, there will more and more fresh produce available. Some of it is fresh and some I think they may import from other areas,,but most of the stuff is from local growers. I think I am going to go to the one in the nearby town tomorrow. They have one every Saturday, and I haven't been for awhile. It is usually too hot, too cold or too wet. Tomorrow morning should be good for a Farmer's Market. I hope they have some corn..although that would come from somewhere else obviously! Corn won't be ready here until the end of July or the beginning of August.

Hi Snowy. In my school before, there is this Farmer’s Market day in the nearby park and you find fresh finds it is so nice.

There is no farmer's market here. I often have to go to the supermarket to buy vegetables. But there are all kinds of vegetables in the supermarket, including corn. I can buy almost everything I want to buy.

Oftentimes the produce in the supermarkets is cheaper than what is in the farmers market.

Ours is open all year to the best of my knowledge..they have other things there besides fruits and veggies.

Yeah, I think it will be a nice day for it tomorrow..good way to kick off the weekend. I hope I can find some corn.
