Does Your Cell Phone Do This!!!!!

Was using my cell phone on my lot while talking 2 a friend. When I reread what I typed, what I said was in the response box!!!! Something like "went to the store and got some groceries ." I did not type that sentence and it had nothing 2 do with the post!!! Maybe the phone recorded what I was saying!!! Does your phone record what U R saying when U text or use your phone 4 mylot??!!!!!

I sometimes use that feature, but not always, I prefer to type .

@db20747 yes, you just need to talk in the phone and what you say will automatically appears on the phone screen.

@db20747 I don't really know, I have never used it, just mess around with it and see what it does. It couldn't hurt anything. I know when my daughter uses hers and she sends a reply or something it repeats what she said and if its wrong it asks her to try again.

Not usually my phone doesnt do that. But i can say i have a funny o this topic. My boyfriends phone picked up what the radio was saying and he pressed send and it was about refinancing a car and i laughed so hard on that. I was like really refinancing a car and his vehicle is paid for so that was funny for sure. Have a great day

No, mine doesn't do that! But I don't have internet service on my phone as I don't use it much.

No. It's not safe to have that auto record in the phone, very dangerous especially when your mobile data is on always, you might unknowing sharing private conversation to the whole world.

@db20747 Yes I am using android phone. Yes I heard of Alexa. May be you phone have voice recognition and recording option active.

I use an old fashioned cell phone right now. Maybe I'll update eventually. I think their is a voice command feature on most cell phones so perhaps as you say, that is what happened...
