Evernote or One Note?

I have always been looking for a good to use note-taking program that is suitable for me. I have been using Evernote, and think it's really a nice note-taking app that fits my need, except that the monthly upload quota for free users is too limited, which is only 60MB. I don't hit the quota every month, but sometimes I just reach 60 MB even just two weeks. I have always been thinking to upgrade my membership, which I will get 10GB upload quota, but since I don't think I would be uploading 10GB per month, hence I always postpone my upgrade plan. I was informed that I have reached 98% of my monthly quota, and I'll need to wait until 23th of the month to get it reset, which is more than 20 days. I am thinking of upgrading my membership again, but before I made the decision, I read a comment that One Note might be a better choice. I have used One Note older version before, but I decided to stick to Evernote. I just remembered I have One Note installed in my Windows 10 computer, so perhaps I should give it a try and then only decide which tool I should go for. I don't feel like switching tools here and there, but it'll be good if One Note can meet my needs, then I won't need to spend money to pay for the Evernote membership every year. Is there anyone using Evernote or One Note? Which note-taking tool do you prefer?

I also heard that Evernote is a good app. But I don't use this kind of app to take notes. Usually I will screenshot to mark down something important.

@kaka135 In the past "delicious" is a very good bookmark website, unfortunately it seems it doesn't work any more today. I used it often in the past.

Are you using One Note? Do you like it? I quite like One Note too, except that I like the tagging system in Evernote, I can tag my notes freely at Evernote, whereas in One Note, I think I can only set it as "Priority", "Important", etc. There are only 6 predefined tags. Perhaps I'll have to learn to get used to the tags if I decide to use One Note.
