Today’s steps

Today I got 2,287 steps in not as much as I would have liked though but I will take it. And the best news ever I lost another pound I am down to 207 now I was 213 so that is 6 pounds lost I am happy.

@Tina30219 I've probably gained a couple of pounds since I've been out of the gym for like 2 weeks. I'm afraid to get on the scale.

@NJChicaa Hopefully not. But you have a reason your shoulder was bothering you. It will come back off if you did.

Good, I was walking every day too, but kind of got out of it..as I was busy last week..but hope to start up again.
