Celebrating in Style

How do you best celebrate National Rosé Day? Well, you go big, or you go home! In this case, we went big on the beach! Okay, so our "Rosé" was inflatable, but trust me the real stuff was flowing, just not so obvious in the photo. Personally, I'm not a big Rosé fan, but the girlfriend is so she went all out for the celebration. It was a fun day on the beach. Unfortunately (and even with sunscreen), I got a little too much sun today and my skin is the same color as the Rosé bottle! lol
Anybody else do anything fun today?

Ruby, I would give anything for some delicious blueberry cheesecake right now! I'll even trade you a couple of bottles of Rosé. lol

If it wasn't for my gf, I would have never heard of that day either! lol
Thankfully, my skin is a nice golden color today instead of the rosé color it was yesterday from being out in the sun! Thankfully, living in Florida, I always have a base tan, so it is rare that I ever get a sunburn.

I don't burn easily, so I may be the color of the Rosé bottle right now, but over the next few days it will turn into a nice dark tan.

My skin is nice and tan today. No sunburn! I did put on sunscreen, but we were out in the sun for quite a while! How's your tan? Have you been to the beach lately?

As a native Floridian, I have a deep natural tan. I have to be outside for a very long period of time before getting burnt.

@rakski Our rainy season started about three weeks ago, and it has been a bad one so far. Luckily, we've gotten two sunny days in a row this weekend. And after three weeks of rain, when the sun finally comes out it means a trip to the beach to celebrate!

The door is open and the welcome mat is out, if you want to come to Florida and enjoy our beaches! This is the best time of the year, because all the tourists are gone and you can actually enjoy a day at the beach without tripping over 19 million people.
