It's a Rainy Sunday

Happy Sunday to all my friends here in the myLot world. Sunday is greeting us with a rainy day and it's a bit chilly. Seems as if Mother Nature hasn't realized that the seasons were supposed to change and we pretty much got gypped out of Spring. Summer is right around the corner so who knows what that will bring.
Nothing much planned here today. Looks like a quiet day ahead and I really want to finish my book.
Yesterday was a semi whirlwind of activity so having a quiet day today is welcomed.
I'm just trying to catch up a bit here. My daughter is cooking us breakfast (waffles and bacon) and it's nice to have someone else in the kitchen. Usually we don't eat such a big breakfast but we're both hungry this morning.
Nothing exciting going on here but life is good and I'm happy that I'm here to see another day.

@Marilynda1225 The tomatoes I planted 15 days ago are showing the first small tomatoes. I have planted hot peppers, zucchini, lettuce, potatoes, basil and parsley.

We had a few nice days so today's rain isn't a problem. Glad that you've been able to move your tomatoes and hope you get a good crop this season. Do you grow anything else?

it seems like it is going to be a quiet day for a lot of people as well as rain in the forecast. Get ready for a lot if you have the system we had.

I woke up alive again and so did my furmily so I'm really happy. Today I'm doing as much laundry as I can, it's hot out so it will all dry quickly on the line.
My furmily loves that I stayed home this weekend.

Happy you will have a relaxing day. It's just cloudy here today with no rain expected. I've been too busy to stop by this weekend. I recently returned from my morning walk, coffee with the girls, a shower, and brunch out with my husband. I plan on doing nothing but reading for the rest of the afternoon. Enjoy your day!

Sorry you have rain today. We were to get storms yesterday into today, but haven't gotten anything. Though, it's not really sunny either.
Hope your book is good, and you were able to finish it.
