Hi Mukhlis. Maybe too much of it and then one is lazy. For sure one will get fat.

I think eating too much makes a body fat, not sleeping.

@MALUSE but when I think, that if we eat and then we sleep then the food in the body will settle calories and fat will accumulate, maybe this is what makes the body fat quickly, this is my opinion whether my opinion is correct according to you?

@mukhlis79 Eating a lot before going to bed is certainly not a good idea. Yet, the Spaniards do just that. They eat very late, around 10 or 11 p.m. and then go to bed. There aren't many fat people in Spain, though.

I dont think sleep itself makes you fat. In fact I heard that getting a good 8 hours each night boosts your metabolism. Eating more calories than you burn makes you fat.

we should always have food two hours before we sleep.Sleeping immediately after having food is not good for health. We become fat too. It is a fact.

I beg to differ. I've successfully lost 2-3 lbs. at a time just from sleeping too long. (Like when I pull a 12-hour stretch.) Why? Because when you're sleeping, you're not eating. That's half a day gone by and you haven't eaten the whole time. And then when I wake up, it takes me a couple hours to get an appetite, so that's 14 hours...(no eating)....and then when I finally do eat a little something, I end up going back to sleep for many more hours. Hmmm...I spend more hours sleeping....than doing anything else. This could explain the 30 lb. weight loss without even trying. I like it. What a lazy, effortless way to accidentally lose weight. I'll have to tell my doc about this. He's been concerned about my weight lately. Your discussion may have led me to the answer. Thank you

@mukhlis79 Nice pic you've added to your comment. She's like, "Woohoo I just woke up and lost 3 lbs. already!"

Thank you for your opinion, it can also be understood, and a good idea, I understand that if we fall asleep for a few hours or even a full day, then there is no food that enters our body, of course this can cause the body will not be fat if this is often we do. in talk about overcoming my newfound obesity

I think that's is correct. That's why I eat early at night maybe three to four hours before sleeping time.
