I do not suppose you think much of this plant

Even my friends, family including neighbours think nothing of it. But I love it and it is planted right where I can see when I open the door early in the morning. It also acts as a screen that block passers by. Look at its health, the colours and just because it is common not much attention is paid to it It is perennial, easy to grow and needs little or no maintenance. All what it needs is water and I have enough of it.

My sister has one (in a pot). Not that big like yours I think.

I remember that plant from my grand mother's house. We don't have it anymore.

It only needs water. Do you have water shortage?

@pitsipeahie Why that name?

@allknowing no. That was from a long time ago, during my teen years I guess. My mother never had that plant. We call it San Francisco.

It comes under the category of crouton. We have a well and it caters to our needs. We have installed a pump and have connections all over.

Well, you are right about that. But that is the same exact plant that we have in my grandparents' house in the province.

Why should anything that is common or that which grows in the wild is ignored is a question I want to ask. I have brought in so many flowers from the wilderness.

@allknowing Maybe because we know that it is there and not something much to ponder about.
