Happy Wednesday Everyone! Its a beautiful sunny day here in my little corner of the myLot world. I've been binge-watching the television series Younger on Hulu. It's about a 40 year old, recently divorced, mother of a college age daughter who has been trying to get a job without success. She stretches the truth about her age (says she's 26) and gets a job in a publishing company. The series grabbed me right from the get-go and as I said, I've binge-watched it over a couple of days. Since the series revolves around a book publishing company there comes a time when the estranged wife of the publisher writes a book and it's a winner. The company decides to publish it which is typical tv. But, the book has been published in real life and that's what I'm reading. There was so much hype about it on the show that I had to see what all the fuss was about. So far I'm less than 100 pages in and it's pretty good. I almost forgot to mention the name of the book.... Marriage Vacation by Pauline Brooks (it's written from the point of the estranged wife who leaves her husband and children for a year seeking to find herself and write. While away she writes this book on how she's lost herself and why she left). Not only did I get this book but both my daughters did too and we're all reading it simultaneously. Once we're done we're going to have a book club discussion and so far just the premise of a wife/mother leaving her family is enough to talk about. So that's what I'm reading....are you reading something good?

Do you like Hulu? I may try it. Can you cancel anytime? I am reading I Know Where She IS I think is the name of it, about a woman who's child was kidnapped years ago, and she keeps getting mysterious messages about the girl's whereabouts.

I'm still reading Robbie Robertson's autobiography. I had to put it down for a couple of weeks because I got too busy. But I may have time to read it by the pool today if my truck repair goes well this morning.

There are times when I have to leave a book when things get busy. Reading by the pool is my idea of relaxing

@TheHorse bringing a car into the shop can be like entering the Bermuda Triangle

In the present, I´m not reading any printed literature. I wish I had the time to read some novels. I like detectives and drama

Not at the moment apart from books on neurology and biochemical neurology. Good bed time reading though!

I'll have to read this. The story reminds me a bit like Eat Pray Love which was very good.
