Do you ever make smoothies at home?

I made a good smoothie today, and it only took 8 strawberries which was about what I had left, I added that some yogurt, skim milk, ice cubes and I added a little whey powder I had left over from a failed diet I went on a few years ago. It was really quite good. I don't make smoothies too often, but they are yummy. What are some of your favorite homemade smoothies?

I felt pretty satisfied after having it..but I eat dinner pretty early..if I was eating more like 6pm I would have needed a snack.

Sounds good. I've never made it. Does that taste like ice cream?

It is more like a milkshake..but one that doesn't have a lot of calories..a light one.
