Time For Rainboots

To my surprise, I woke up this morning with everything wet outside and still raining pretty good. I did not expect this at all. Quite a disappointment when one is expecting a beautiful blue sky with a smiling sun. I guess I have to review my plans then. Do you hate it when you have to change your plans for the day?

Retired people should be able to change their plans without problems. Strangely, they stick to schedules more than young ones.

That is strange. With more time in hand, one can be more flexible.

@arunima25 Theoretically, yes. But experience shows that older brains are less flexible than young ones.

@marlina Not at all, even if I can be flexible on some things, there are appointments that I cannot change at the last moment.

Rain is here today too and I was also expecting to wake up to sunshine. I didn't have any set plans for today so the rain hasn't interrupted much.

I do hate it, if i'm really looking forward to something. If the plans weren't that important then its not a big deal.

Well, send the rain my way and you can have our blue sky. I do hate to have to change plans.

Of course I hate it when I have to suddenly change my plan. Especially when it's going to the beach and then suddenly it gets cancelled.

I have to change my plans so rarely that I do hate it when I do. I hope the rain didn't last too long for you.

Mostly it doesn't worry me too much. I bought my rubber boots on this trip and have had reason to be thankful for them several times.

Yes I do! I usually do the yard work in the evening and now we are what is called the summer time pattern in the south. Hot days makes evening rains.

Oh, that is miserable when you have your day planned and then have to switch it due to weather, hopefully it will clear up and the sun will come out soon.

Oh yes, like for instance. The boyfriend and I plan to go somewhere, the sky was bright when we prepared ourselves and then suddenly it will rain, we end up soaking wet because we are only driving with our scooter.
