This is old news, but I thought since she wears red that it is very fitting with Fourth of July is coming up. The article is about the cartoon Carmen Sandiego. I loved that cartoon. I even had a computer game of it. Netflix is rebooting the cartoon. I think it's great. It's coming out next year. Here's the article:
