After 35 Years

I was getting ready to go back to work, and I got a phone call from a friend in Ohio. We stay in touch pretty regular. She said someone wanted to talk to me. Well, it turns out it was an old friend we used to work together in the school cafeteria. When she reminded me of that, I just couldn't hardly believe it. She had told a mutual friend that she was trying to get in touch with me. Of course the friend never told me that. Well anyhow it was just good to talk to her, and we said we will stay in touch. Life can be funny that way.

No. she was in Ohio visiting another friend, we all lived in Cailfornia, together.

Yes it can be.
I had a childhood friend rent a house from me, it was a shock to find out he was dating the lady that did rent from me, it had been over 25 years since I had seen him at all. He looked the same.

It is nice to talk to an old friend again and I hope that you will be able to stay in touch now. I have many old friends that I haven't talked to for years, it could be fun to talk to them again.
