The Flat Earth Society

One of the most entertaining 'theories' about the planet we live on is that it is flat, not round. One of the most accessible websites for information is theflatearthsociety.org/home. Even though one of the most recent updates is from 2016 (updates visible to the general public) there are still relevant posts on the topic. Looking at the website you do have to poke around to find newer posts and data but they are available through social media but the last post to their Twitter account was from February of this year. Not exactly a good sign but at least you know people are still following the website and their media posts. If you are a flat-earther or flattist this is a good site for basic information about the movement but you do need to take some of it with a grain of salt. Every website has the over enthused members and this one is no exception. There are other websites about flat earth that are better looking and are updated frequently but for new followers this one is worth checking out.

A tiny piece if a curved surface looks flat, these people must be near sighted

I don't know what to believe, some people say the planet Earth is round and there are also theories that it's flat

I have a lot of different 'alternative' theories but none are in the flat earth spectrum

I just can't. If YOU entertain the idea that the Earth is flat, then I give up.

I don't but I will admit that it's entertaining to read the different arguments that flat-earthers have about why the planet can't possibly be round.

I really wonder what would have happened if the earth was flat

It's strange to think that the best minds of a generation all believed this to be true and not that long ago in the scheme of things. It makes me wonder if we are wrong about anything today that we will only discover the truth about in the future.

One of the things that I am most amazed about this, until now, is that, how the clouds can go off at the back of the sun? Every morning, using my scope at dawn, I am always seeing this and asking questions, is this really a heliocentric world or a geocentric one? Anyway, seems whatever things it lies, truth will soon comes out. But this really interest me..!

There is a man called Hughes who has made a rocket by himself to prove this theory true.....
