Is this a good pet for you?

This is an anteater. They come as big as can be about 5ft. 9 inches tall. Some are smaller but what's great about them is that they have no teeth only a tongue that is much much longer than any animal with hooks on them to get their food and that would be termites and ants. They are fury indeed and makes them cuddly and they are nearing extinction because of that. They are found in forests and woods where they get their food from tree trunks and they eat a bundle of these termites and ants. They are mostly found in South and Central America. Sadly none here in our area. What do you think? Good pets or pests?

no, i would not have that big animal as a pet. even though we have so many ants at home, i would not like to have that animal with a vacuum-like snout to eat the ants.

If they are near extinction, maybe they would thrive best if we left them alone.

Your opinion is what I ask for if you wish to have it for a pet. I would really be willing to take care of one coz it would help me with ants and termites. if I would be given the privileg.e why not? I can take care and maybe breed them with others so then they won't be extinct.

No, they can not be good pets; they should be allowed in the wild because they might not live well in a domesticated environment.

yes... probably a smart and good thing to do is to take an animal that about to extinct to your home -_- not really... although that fur is truly looks fluffy as heck! ^_^
