Nice afternoon down at the lake

Even though it is cloudy today, it was fun down at the lake because it wasn't so hot and the sun wasn't blazing. I used my float and floated around. I started to get a headache though so I came back..plus being on a float can get boring after awhile. What have you been doing this afternoon? Anything interesting happening?

Yes, I might have needed to eat. I didn't have much for lunch.

@Icydoll Yes, I had a snack and a drink when I came in. Sometimes if the sun is out..I can get a headache if I am out in it too long..but like I said..it was cloudy today.

@snowy22315 oh if you don't eat properly it may cause headache..have rest for sometime and eat some food

@AKRao24 Yes, if he got to see it. He isn't home now. So I will find out if he saw the finale. They will probably play the highlights on TV anyway.

@rakski Yeah, was fun, but it is nice not to be bothered too. Hopefully, if I am lucky I will get to enjoy grandchildren sometime.

Spent two hours walking around Main Street with my cousins, and their other family that also came up here. Now watching tv to rest my feet while they're all at my aunts, after making and having a very late lunch.

I would have to slather myself in layers of sunscreen.
This day has gone by fast. I've been writing for TextBroker for the most part. I have read a little more in my book and later I need to start gathering things to take to the thrift store tomorrow.

I was going to start putting some stuff on letgo to sell..but it is kind of late now and I don't feel like it either. It is mostly summer stuff so I better get a move on..before the summer is over!!

There are lots of them on the lake here. Pontoons and jetskis are common.
