Just A Bit More Patience And All You Need Is Love Music.....

Just off the phone to cancel a telephone line I had with them. Of course the minute I said I wanted to cancel the contract she said in that automatic voice I don´t understand you even though I had pressed the correct telephone number out on the phone and so I had to do it again. After a few more silly questions she had understood me after I had to press out the number again. Half an hour later I was still listening to the song from the Beatles "All You Need Is Love", and I thought yeah and a bit of patience to have to listen to even with the hands free the very worn out music of them. I could have got brainwashed with it. Well after nearly three quarters of an hour later I finally managed to cancel it all and they should be lucky I am maintaining the other mobile number. Wishing you all a great day ahead okay so all you need is love and a bit more patience to get something like this done. They don´t half beat around the bush a lot with that music and for you to keep holding on. I put the wrong video on before it was listening to all that you need is love, love

"You want to cancel your phone subscription ? One moment please." Love, love, love There's nothing you can do that can't be done "You have not changed your mind ? A moment ..." Nothing you can make that can't be made "Still decided ?" All you need is love, all you need is love All you need is love, love, love is all you need My mobile subscription has been increased by 3 euros last month, your discussion reminds me to cancel it.

Oh, that is very cleverly put tops I love it. That is what was going on actually. When I mentioned the word "cancel" she sort of went that she did not understand and would I say it again. Total of three times I had to press it out on the phone. So she says to me "ah, now I have understood" and I thought about time as well. I was thinking you know perfectly well what I was saying guapa. Then they give you the twenty questions quiz about why you want to give the line up as if its any of their business. Just got back in from something short of a tornado sort of thing but its fizzled out into nothing but got something in my eyes and got it out now with all the flying debris around. Yours bill has gone up as well? I am not surprised and they are even going to charge me the days I was online even though its not my fault but never mind I am only to pleased to see the back of them for now.

@topffer Its the amount of time they make you wait sometimes. Hope you find a better deal as here its all about obligation with them and that I don´t like either but there is no other really good one as yet. Waiting for a better one to turn up. The prepaid card they have taken services out of it that were there before but now you have to buy a much more expensive card and put much more money in also that is another one and I am keeping it for if the internet goes bust one day and I need a phone for sure. The music was really awful as it was overused music and it was worn out with so much use and they could at least put something newer on. I am still hearing it now almost but not quite.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I know the problem. I have changed of mobile phone provider about 3/4 years ago. I had a very good deal at start, but on year 2 they started to raise the bill by 1 euro/month, last year also, and this year it is 3. At this price I can find better offers. They are terrible, they all act the same. I can leave whenever I want, there was no obligation with the subscription and it is time to leave this one.

I deplore those automatic service connections. They never understand what is being said. Spend the countless amount of time trying to talk to a machine.

and worst of all it was not one of their best songs. it is frustrating what they make us go through these days so they can save money in spite of all the extra they charge and the fact that they are rich companies. just because they don't want to hire someone local that can understand us and we can them or they have automatic program answering that don't understand what we are saying. when i am put on hold from my pharmacy, they have some light voiced lady singing a song i can't even tell what it is saying and it's a melody i don't know either and always the same music.

Its always the same music Bun. Always the same they could change it for a change. The other one who I am with puts even noisier music on than that. I am cheesed off with both companies but there are only three to choose from as they are the only ones in this area operating at the moment. Its frustrating I know but we just have to ride out the storm the best way we can.

I had the phone on hands free so I did not have to put up with awful sounding music as it was so worn out and they could at least replace the tape every so often.
