Ordering on Amazon for someone else

Hi mates, I had been on a hiatus for two days for some personal reasons and couldn't catch up with mylot updates. Now I am ordering a smartphone on Amazon for a not so tech savvy person. Need to purchase the exact device model as he said. It is his first online purchase and he only agreed to go for it as there is a chance for a refund if anything goes wrong . I hope it will be a smooth first time experience for him. How was your first online purchasing experience?

I hope it goes smoothly - for him and for you! I still don't buy much online . . . I think my first online purchase was more like a ticket for a museum or show . . . thus far I haven't had any truly bad experiences.

@Sojourn It's not that I don't buy online anymore . . . I just haven't bought much online because I still like to go to the store and purchase things in person.

I buy a lot from eBay and AliExpress. great experiences. Amazon supposes to be even better if you got anything wrong simply call the Amazon customer service and they will help you. Amazon is HUGE. In their interest is for you to be satisfied. Don't worry.

@Sojourn Good choice. personally i stay away from Amazon simply because of the high prices... but their the best in the field so it's probably worth it.

Amazon's return policy and customer service are OUTSTANDING so I buy from them with a lot of confidence.
