I'm a religious Jew "since birth". You can say i grew into it I think a lot of people that against one religion in particular or simply an atheist they will say this; "You grew into a religious family! you could end up Buddhist or whatever else!". I think there is some truth to this. Yes. A kid grows up with his parent's education. And with it also comes the religion. But i think at some point the kid has questions. He becomes a teen and no longer at his parents reach. He can think on his own now; "Maybe i was wrong? do i really think this is the true religion? do i believe this in MY heart?" And then he chooses... To stay or not to stay. At that point, that's when he really has a belief.. or doesn't have. A religious man that never asks he's a blind man. What do you think? Do you agree with me? Do you educate your kids to ask questions?

I do not belong to any religious organization. I asked a lot of questions and grew Spiritual. My relationship with God is very personal with no middle man.

@Ntan822 I mean I need no Priest, Minister, Rabbi, Padre or any other head of a religious cult to act as a go-between in my personal relationship with my Holy Father. I ask my questions directly to God/Source and receive my answers directly from God/Source.

Religion is one of the way that we are expressing our faith to God or the Creator. We can't be saved by just being a member of any. I believe that we can be save through our faith and good deeds. Follow the golden rule and the world will be as peaceful as can be.We must know how to respect one's belief and religion. And that is all that matters.

I grew up in one religion, stopped practicing and later chose my own religion. My children have a different religion than I do. Even if we practice the same religion as our parents, we should choose it because we believe it.
