Why am I always hungry?

The more I'm trying to monitor my calorie intake the more I'm finding it difficult. I'm always hungry and my mouth is aways craving for food. Arghhh...I hate dieting

@amitkokiladitya Many files were pending.Some others were lyingoing scattered.Boss and myself had to keep them in order and finishave them one by one.

@amitkokiladitya From your comment may I conclude that you are not an obese? Is it you in the photo on your profile? If it is you,I don't think you look bad.Please ask your doctor.Do yoga.Believe me,if you practice yogic asans you will look better.

@amitkokiladitya hehehe!!! Just eat fatty foods, sweet foods, and salty foods in moderation and more on fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water and exercise regularly

I'm on a Whole30 food program. No calorie counting, just eating what's good for you. I've lost 32 pounds and I'm not hungry.
