The temps are going up to beastly hot today. I snapped garden photos while I was out feeding the hens and gathering apples for pie. The light is so strong today.
I love looking at the sunflowers. They bend toward the sun, showing me the sun's path. Its almost like they're speaking to me. I did not plant the red-brown sunflowers this Spring. Those are volunteers from last year. This area by my shed had no garden in it two years ago. That's a garden fountain on the wall. Its motor died but I leave the fountain there cause I like its look.

They are so pretty. I am also a fan of them. Is it too expensive to replace the motor in the fountain?

@sallypup That is quite a bit if it does not last a while.

@Shellyann36 I think it costs around 50 to 75 dollars for a fountain motor. They don't last very well.

Pretty! I love sunflowers. Last year I have yellow, red and brown. This year? none.
