Got up early today to go to that favorite thrift store of mine. We stopped by Taco Bell and got breakfast, and yes it was delicious. I"ll pretend like it wasn't unhealthy, just this once. This time I was a little disappointed at what little I got money wise but it could have been much less so... After we went to my regular place, we went to the place I've been telling you about for awhile. They weren't what I thought they would be. This is both good and bad, but then I'll leave that for another discussion. @morgoodie I finally got Low Pressure give me a couple of days to finish reading the book i'm reading now and I'll start that one. The Woman in Cabin 10 By Ruth Ware $7.00 3rd Degree by James Patterson $1.25 A Big Sky Christmas by William Johnstone 0.50 2nd Chance by James Patterson 0.25 How to Wash a Cat by Rebecca M. Hale $2.50 And Then There Were None By Agatha Christie $6.25 An Irish Country Village by Patrick Taylor $1.50 A Vintage Affair By Isabel Wolff $2.50 The River By Michael Neale $1.00 Cider Brook by Carla Neggers 0.90 And last but not least, and also from a different store : Low Pressure By Sandra Brown $2.00 Have you read any of these? Or any by these authors? *Mansion row refers to the fact that we went the back way to the other store and passed a lot of very large, beautiful homes. *Please ignore my clothes in the background.

Yay!! You found the book. I know you will enjoy it so I can't wait until you finish it. I LOVE Agatha Christie and I am sure I have read the one that you have. Of course, you know I have read James Patterson, but not sure if those titles are among the ones I have read. I have the Ruth Ware book to read yet from the library. I am going to read it after I finish the one I am reading now. Been slacking a bit on my reading. I haven't heard of the rest of the authors, but I hope you like them.

I've got even more books. I am thinking that sometime tonight I will start putting some of the books on a different shelf. I am going to read "The Woman in Cabin 10" after I get done with this Sandra Brown book.

@morgoodie I will abandon a book if it's not what I thought it would be.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I hope to start on that book by tomorrow. I am almost through the one I am reading now. It has been a long time for this book. Not one of my favorites by this author.

I've read to the ninth book of his murder club series, and I've read some of his Alex Cross books. I need to take a list with of me of his Alex Cross series so I know which to buy first. There are about two shelves full of Agatha Christie at this store, but James Patterson overflows into three different shelving units.

@JohnRoberts I think I have read somewhere that he hires authors to write for him. I'm sure he has enough money now that he doesn't even need to write, or hire others to write for him.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Patterson is a publishing machine. I suspect he does not actually write all the books but "supervises" because many list a co-author. No writer could possibly turn out that many books a year.

I don't know how you find time to read all these books. I have about 200 books in this house I have yet to read. I finally had to purge those I figured I wasn't interested enough in reading. Garage sale coming soon.

If we lived closer, I would be going to your garage sale. I find time to read whenever I can. When I'm online here, chances are I am also reading a book. I figure I'll do a lot of reading come winter as well.

I've always just watched the 1945 movie of "And Then There Were None." I am hoping the book will be what I expect it to be.

I posted a discussion about the woman in cabin ten a few months ago, saying I wanted to read it. I've seen it at this store several times but finally broke down and bought it. Patterson is such a good author. I want to read "The President Is Missing." I may buy that soon. Have you read it?
