Sweeping The Garage

Don't ask me why I chose to sweep the garage floor this morning. I thought the weather was colder today but it did not take long before I was sweating.
So, I did not do a perfect job, but at least, it does look a bit neater.
I started to feel too weak so I had no choice but to end the work.
Now, relaxing on Mylot and with the A/C on.

Its hot and humid, thundering with a rain drop now and then. BUT I am inside with the a/c on, about to take a nap.

I braved the heat and swept the porches on Thursday. It was way too hot out there. I did the best I could before I melted and rushed back inside.

it is windy here today, but like you, i am sweating. maybe because the fan rotating so far from me and i am far too from the window, with the jalousies ajar.

@marlina the fan is big, an industrial type, and it is noisy. the number 1 speed is too strong, that if it is near me, i might not be able to hear TV.

Nothing like a little A/C and fan after doing a chore. I did the lawn yesterday and it was so hot and humid I needed a shower and still have the other half of the lawn to do today

@dgobucks226 , Yes, it is very tough to do the lawns on hot and humid days.
A shower is a lovely reward !

There are certain things that we have to do and they can not be postponed too long and cleaning is one of them. Glad that you managed to finish it.

If ever I said I was cold, my Mum would send me out to sweep the verandah. It was a sure fire way of warming up but I soon learnt not to tell her when I felt cold.
