Woodrow Wilson ALMOST nailed it! / myLot

Many of you know Woodrow Wilson as the 28th President of the United States. As I was solving more of my cryptograms I came across this quote by Woodrow Wilson. "Government is merely an attempt to express the conscience of everybody... the average conscience of the nation...in the rules that everybody is commanded to obey. That is all it is." I agree with this statement, except for one little thing. Change the word "express" to the word "OPPRESS" and he would have nailed it spot on. I love cryptograms.

Wilson did some good things during his tenure, League of Nations for one, but..some not so good things as well.
