Did you tan this summer?

It is kind of amazing that throughout the excessive rain and clouds we have had this summer I still have tanned. I guess some of it may be due to the sunroof I have on my car. I have not been outside very much..less than I usually am, nonetheless my legs and arms are brown..although not extremely so, since I am fair complected. What about you? Did you get tan this summer?

I have never been able to tan in my life, I suppose too fair skin. I turn red, I peel and I am white again.

On my..I haven,t had a sunburn for years..but then I limit my exposure.

@LadyDuck Wow, you must be really fair..more like a Celt. My skin tone seems to have darkened since I have lived here..a bit closer to the equator than where I grew up.I notice a difference.

@snowy22315 Five minutes are enough for me to get a sunburn. I always hide from the sun. My husband turns black if he stays 10 minutes in the sun.

It is probably from going down to the lake occassionally because of course the sun is reflected on the water, and I do wear shorts almost every day.

I have a tanned face and arms. Even my legs have acquired a bit of colour.

I'll have to wait a while before I start to tan. It's a bit cold to be stripping off much clothing at the moment.

I seldom go out in summer when it is too hot. I don't want to be tanned.

If I spent very much time outdoors, I'd burn but seldom tan. So, nope I don't have any color, I'm extremely fair skinned.

@snowy22315 It is still summer here. I have been tanning when I am outside. Thursday I will be going to the beach and hopefully get more coloring.

I get tanned little bit every summer

I'm fair too and also very sensitive skin..so don't go outside much.
