Graffiti makes a big comeback in 2018

The internet is a place where people, being able to become anonymous, hiding behind a computer screen, can T R O L L through the internet in a way that is basically the same as when back in the days before the internet, people would write messages on bathroom walls or stalls in school restrooms or in public restrooms with nasty messages and drawings. Now it seems this type of behavior has exceeded all expectations. There are people who photograph graffiti on the sides of buildings or anywhere it appears as a form of self expressive art. The new graffiti of the internet is kind of like this video that I will link below for U 2 look at.

Nothing can excuse daubing graffiti on public places,Which is repugnant to the eye.

isn't 'T R O L L'-ing when someone hangs out on ONE 'site where people can comment' and relentlessly breaks into each conversation there--usually adding the most argumentative thing they can think of (if not 'random meaningless content' ... one of the original meanings of SPAMMING)? I think a better word there would be 'terrorize' or 'ravage' or 'blitz'

Well, there's graffiti that looks good, and graffiti that just looks bad and messy and dirty. Some are more like art, while some are just not - just words (usually nasty words) written messily about politics or whatever. Others just want to write their names - some do it rather nicely with letterings and all... If it's nice and it makes an abandoned building look nicer, I guess it's fine. (Of course, if they are told not to, better look for another place.) But they better not do it in a building that's not abandoned, unless they had permission. Locally, usually in public schools and military camps, they have people (students, artists, volunteers,...) paint the outer wall to discourage the unsightly types of graffiti.

I like to see the interesting graffiti on freight train cars as they pass.

Graffiti is one of the most uninteresting things to me for some reason. Tho some may be good, I am not into it.

I like this one too - if made well and not just some random offensive drawings or words

It is a nice form of art. But people who are doing it should know the proper place to do it. Specially in public places. But online ofcourse they can do it everywhere.
