Physical things I have never been able to do

When I was in school taking PE class, there were certain exercises I, (and a few other girls), could never do as hard as I tried. I could never do chin ups and I could never do push ups.
There is the male way to do push ups and there is the female way to do push ups and I seriously could never do either. My arms have always been weak.
I remember once in school PE, we were to get graded on chin ups. The PE teacher knew that I and a few other girls could not do the regular chip up, by standing and holding the bar overhead and pull oneself up, so she let us do reverse chin ups , where we would stand on a platform, hold on to the bar with our heads above the bar, then she would take the platform away from under our feet and grade us on how long we could hold ourselves in that position.

At the School I went to you were made to do most things or else.
Glad you got to learn to swim and so was I glad that I learned to swim even if they made me.

I could never play softball or baseball because I could never hit the ball with the bat. I felt like such a nerd.

I remember in grade school we had to a set of exercises that we were graded on, chin-ups being one of them. I couldn't do them either. I'm not sure about push-ups. I could do them about 6 months ago but now my shoulders are in just in terrible shape to be able to attempt them.

I've never done push-ups. When I was a student, I got very bad grades in sports.

I've never been able to do much in the form of push-ups, chin ups or any kind of climbing. I'm always amazed when I see people doing challenges such as Ninja Warrior.

It's a good technique of the teacher because she knew you could not lift your body up that bar. How long did you have your chin up above the bar?

I can't do even a simple exercise/workout at home because I get palpitations right after I run, do pushups etc. That's why I just prefer taking a simple walk at the park.

Yes, I can do sit ups at home. I just have not done them in a very long time.

I remember doing it the way where you stand on something and then they remove the platform to see how long you can do it. Nothing wrong with doing it that way I would think

Though I was athletic during school time and was even sports captain, I could never do push ups.
