My sweet potatoes have sprouted

I bought some sweet potatoes some time ago. I forgot to eat. When I wanted to steam sweet potatoes, I found that they had sprouted.
I found some empty bottles and put them in the bottle with some water inside. I watched them grow every day, so happy. I can eat sweet potato leaves in a few days.

I had heard that white potato leaves are poison, not to eat them, I assumed the sweet ones are the same.

I planted it with water. I put sweet potatoes in a bottle with water. I wish I could make a lot of sweet potato leaves.

When the sweet potato seedlings, We took off the sprouts , buried them in the soil, they can grow into sweet potatoes. As long as you can buy sweet potatoes. I don't know weather you can buy them.

I also love the leaves, When I was still in the Philippines, I have three varieties. Purple leaves, dark green leaves and Yellow green leaves. I love simmering it in coconut milk with pork or shrimp.
