Well, first greeting you all.. How's the day going and speaking of myself, I am unwell.. So a user had posted about women.. I am declaring that I am not a FEMINAZI..!! I support men as well as women with integrity,, morales and values.. I commented something in the post without any intention of demeaning males.. And here comes the days of.. UGHHHH.. I don't get words..!! A nosy user jumped into my comment thread and targeted me by putting all facts and figures that women are competing with men in terms of crimes..!! I am not interested in stretching the issue, so I tried to remain neutral..!! But that user!! I did not know if his male chauvinist ego got hurt or what..!! He kept posting the links and all stuffs where women were criminals..!! Seriously?? Like I mean Seriously?? Who does that here?? Just to prove a point..!! I today checked his comments on the post where he also argued with a respected user of Germany.. Like REALLY??? And that too onto a baseless point??? It is evident that all greatest leaders of the world have been around women with high integrity, be it their wife or mother or sister.. It is said that a mother is the first teacher of her kid.. Only it is her who can change the world.. And by this I am not demeaning males..!! It was a vent-out post.. And how do you deal with such nosy commenter???

This is the only sensible way. I don't know why you dealt with this member for such a long time. I seem to be the only "respected user of Germany". So you must mean me. I think I've found the comment thread you are referring to here. When his arguments became too silly and insulting, I simply stopped. I've learnt this attitude from a former teacher of mine: "What does the oak tree care if a sow rubs her back at its trunk or not." I'm the oak tree. :-)

@MALUSE You are right, the best is to ignore them, delete the comments that we dislike and move on.

You can always block him. I think you can report him or remove the offensive comments. When someone dumps on me, I don't comment on anything they write. I have only used block a couple of times.

Perhaps the user has "a bee in his bonnet" - which meams: To be obsessed with something and can't stop thinking of it or referrimg to it.

Like how and what obsession?? I clearly said him I agree with him and I kept my point too.. But some people cannot accept others' points..

@anya12adwi Because he is obsessed with his own beliefs - therefore he won't accept the point of view of others.

@anya12adwi the problem is even if you block someone here he can still see your post, he cannot just message you but he can still comment on your discussions.

I can see that you have been tormented by the comments of this nosy commentator. For me, the best thing is to just simply ignore whatever he has to say or post still on that thread.

I'd do one of two things: ignore them, so the situation doesn't escalate. Or block them if you just can't make yourself ignore them.

@anya12adwi I got curious and went and peeked. I saw right away who you'e talking about. He looks like a person who just is rude and wants to pick a fight. I'd block him. It's way too irritating, life's too short to put up with it.n Hopefully you'll never hear from him again.

A long time ago i also met a person who was so negative here on mylot. He wanted to prove himself right even he wrong so he always gave useless comments so first i replied so he keep talking nonsense things. He was not offensive but his comment is uselss so i stop to reply him. I was so angry because he keep commenting but its disturbing intreaction with others friends. That person not want to accept truth so i stop to reply him and after not reply to his nonsense comemts he left. We know what is right and wrong but sometimes we can't do anything in social sites of work. We can flag it or we can report but not else so batter to avoid them. Have a good day friend.

The truth stays true. It reminds me of a video about defense-against-bullying I saw on Facebook. I don't know if I can find it, but it was basically a demonstration: it started out with this one person insulting the other, and the other trying to win against the insulter ("No I'm not stupid! etc.") and the insulter just doubling-down on the insults; then the person insulted the other, and the other just 'took it' ("Yeah, I'm stupid sometimes ... you need any help?") That speaker might've taken the 'respond in love'-approach a little too far. but--If 'what they say about you' really bugs you--you might try finding out "what makes them say that." (E.g. When I try to get them to stop insulting Trump-supporters--calling all Trump-supporters "Four-toothed, mother-loving, numb-skull nitwits"--I might respond with, 'Yeah, being unable to do anything to stop our leaders makes us all feel a little useless; but what's "whining about it" going to do?')
The world needs to listen to this 🙌🏼 Credit: Brooks Gibbs

But he went on and on with my harmless comment that was directed to the post and the user.. I have got some mates of mine who go on kind of bullying if I don't agree with them but I do give him their own medicines.. The cause?? He is 18 years older to me.. May be he had break up.. Or I donot know.. Bad marriage..
