~Healing, Addiction Anniversary & Other Things~

Hey everyone, I hope you're doing well today. Things are good here. =) God loves us, we have a roof over our heads, food to eat and love! I forgot to post on the first of this month but it has been 8 months since God has taken my cigarette addiction away!! It's also been 8 months since I was born again through renewing my faith and it has been amazing! God is so amazing-He loves us! Don't stay on the fence about your faith, in the Bible it says you are either for Him or against Him-pick one... Things are changing in our lives, all around us. From the outside things look really bad for us BUT we are trusting our Father in Heaven. We know things are going to turn around soon and when they do it's going to be epic! He has an awesome plan for us. Yesterday someone got healed here after my husband prayed for her-it was amazing! She could walk and jump again-and she had a renewed child like faith. God is so good! He loves us and wants to take your hurt away too. So...have you seen anything amazing lately?

Congratulations on your 8 months being smoke-free. Today, Labour Day, is my 15 year anniversary of being smoke free. I remember that first day like it was yesterday, thankfully I no longer get the cravings for them. I've a very good and life-long relationship with God, He's helped me thru many rough patches during my lifetime.

@Juliaacv Thank you! =) Congrats on 15 years! When God took it away this time I never craved them at all-felt like I never smoked at all. It's amazing!

@Juliaacv My mom went through the same thing you did. I tried to quit many times and always went back after only a couple of weeks. This time, with God's strength it was so easy.

@LovingMyBabies You're very blessed. When I quit I had dreams of smoking for years, and would crave and taste them for years also. It was very hard to give up, but now I feel like I never smoked at all.

@LovingMyBabies that’s interesting. Usually smoking takes a toll on the respiratory system.

Congratulations on your 8 month anniversaries! It’s been over 21 years since I quit the habit. It was the hardest thing I ever did, but so worth it. I have a very good and long relationship with G-d, too.

@DianneN Thank you! Since it was through God's strength it was surprisingly the easiest thing ever taken from me-even after smoking for 15 years! Before that I tried quitting and could not do it in my own strength. God is so amazing! =)
