We are rather an Ill-mannered, Uncultured, Impolite, Indisciplined Lot.

Many of my compatriots may jump upon me for being so caustic about my own people. But what is true is true. What is spade is a spade, not a spoon. We Indians, in general, are rather an ill-mannered, uncultured, impolite and indisciplined kind of people. Travel in public transport here and you will see and experience it Or, if you have a car or a motorcycle you may be a victim on the road. The other day I rode to the fuel station on my motorcycle. I was first in the queue but in the meantime a young man inserted his motorcycle in front of mine and took fuel before me. At other places as well, like railway ticket counters some people would not think twice before jumping the queue. And such behavior seems to be on the increase!

It is very inconsiderate to jump a queue. However I'm sure all nationalities do this from time to time. Mostly I find Indian people very articulate and kind.

I have never met an ill-behaved person from India here in the United States. I have met many people from India and they have always been polite, considerate, well mannered, and kind.

I hate those the most... those who don't respect a queue... we have lots of them here too, rule breakers

I have only encountered one India lady here in the USA that is rude, The men that run the gas station had her to help out, she would be rude and ask men o hand money to her over a woman putting her wallet away in her purse, meaning they would be touching her. We don`t do that, its inappropriate. I do not go there anymore.

You cannot blame all Indians, if only few of them are bad or ill-mannered. Problems happen everywhere. Instead of complaining, try to rectify the things as much as possible. It is easy to complain, that's why you're complaining.
