The morning was too hot and suddenly we had rains in the evening, that sudden change generally has an effect on me. It has been the same since childhood. During hot summers also, if i come out of AC into hot weather, i get cold. I am generally careful but yesterday i didn't cover myself properly when i was out.

I am better than yesterday but my head is still feeling very heavy haha

It is cloudy in my area. I am indoors today, i am resting :-)

@vsai2008 I can only attribute their immunity to a Great One up there watching over them. Our first reaction though is to wonder how come they don't get sick easily or never get sick.

@sunrisefan they get sick, but their priorities are different.

You have raised a point which makes me think, i feel those people are more immune to common ailments. And they have more challenges to face in the world rather than thinking about their health.

@ridingbet i know, self medication is quite common here. There are few doctors in my family so we consult them but it is not the case with everyone

Yes, i am having ginger and black pepper tea, it is helping with sore throat. I will basil now as you suggested, honey will have to wait as it finished recently haha Thank you :-)

I agree, as the weather is a bit cool, i am having warm soups for a while.
