Which one is better for you? Do you like geta fixed salary every month or you prefer varying earnings like those of businessmen and contractor? I'm really confused about which works better and makes life peaceful.

Depends on the person. I can't imagine myself being employed.

@amitkokiladitya It means I am my own boss. I employ people and not the other way around.

@amitkokiladitya So that I know how much I can earn every month that’s why I prefer fixed income.

If you can have both then it’s much better I think.. But for me it depends on what you want in your life. If you want stability then you may opt for fixed income stream. You just work and share your skills with a good employer then your good to go. But there are people who opt not to be controlled by any other person that is why they do their own business they control themselves and earning will depend on his time and effort.

@amitkokiladitya Yes it depends on your needs and priorities of course. You qould not get rich in that state but it bring more stability and security when you do have fixed income.

I agree. But for me I think having a monthly stable income is the best part of being employed

A 9 to 5 job is fine but could be boring. If you convert your passion into business that could land you on firm ground.

@amitkokiladitya There are certain businesses such as food where there is never a dearth of customers. There is no guarantee with fixed income as well as many firms close down

@allknowing I understand your point. But still a fixed income helps people to create a fixed mindset. They do have have to start each day wondering about the money they would earn or not.

I prefer unfixed income just enough for my expenses. I have worked for a fixed income but the hours or time spent at work did not satisfied me

I personally would prefer a fixed income so I would know exactly how much money I could count on.

But I hope you know that any business always gives uncertain earnings every month.

I am a salaried employee, but if I had enough economic resources to be an entrepreneur, I would not doubt it.
