Too soon!

It's a cold and dreary day, and THE FURNACE WENT ON! The thermostat was set at 65°F. So I stopped it, and closed a window. I'm wearing a long-sleeved fleece top and leggings, trying to stay warm, but I refuse to put on socks this early in the year.

It is still very much summery hot here . . . I don't even want to look at wintery warm clothes yet!!

@much2say Not this soon. St Catharines is slightly farther south than Coos Bay, Oregon.

@BarBaraPrz Ah, so this actually unusual for you guys? I thought the rest of the world was having normal autumns (what we typically do not get), so I thought for it to start getting colder was normal out there.

I put the heat on.It was cold and I was cold the heat comes on.I do not wait for fall or winter.When I am cold.Have to have heat.

Well, I like being warm, too, but it's the principle of the thing. It is still summer! It should still feel like summer.

I was wearing shorts yesterday.
