Nothing is fixed. He said that the problem is with the outside line. Apparently it is too old and isn't bringing enough signal to the house to support the new technology. He put an order in for a bucket truck to come tomorrow to upgrade it and then supposedly my husband will be able to complete the self-install process.
I guess we will have TV again tomorrow night. Maybe.

I hope it gets fixed by that line upgrade. These things are so annoying. I love being able to turn something on and just have it work, haha. We should have "Everything Works" days to celebrate every day that everything works. Within the past couple months, we've had the a/c go out, the washer repaired, and my internet fixed. It seems like there was something else too, but I can't remember. Best of luck, fingers crossed for ya.

That's always how it is. At least they will fix the problem. Took us ages to get anyone out here to actually check outside. It is like it is a burden that they are the ones that actually have the problem and it is not the consumer destroying things.
