I do not know if it's okay to ask this question. But, I'll ask anyway. I just wanted to get inspired. As a new member, I was encouraged to focus on getting along and building rapport with the members than earning money. I am enjoying the interaction we have here. I see people who are passionate in their posts. Which makes me wonder how much can one earn with such passion? Hope to hear from everyone. Thank you.

I've been a member of myLot for quite a while now but alas I'm not that active. Perhaps I lack the passion that you spoke about. Anyway, for me myLot is a place where I go to when I just want to relax and catch up on things with friends. The money is a bonus. Just enjoy yourself here and you'll find the money will find its way to you. Good luck.

@athaness That is true. Sometimes I get news about things that I don't know about like there was one time I was informed about the upcoming new season of Supernatural and another I got a link to watch the Oscar ceremony live. And there were numerous times I got recommendations to websites that pay. MyLot is a great place for such things.

The most anyone has ever been paid in a month since August 2015 (according to the owner) was around $45. A few people have managed $20 or $30 some months. Many more, of course, manage to make the threshold of at least $5 every month.
It isn't so much the 'passion' in what you post as how much you can inspire discussion and 'conversation' because nobody is paid merely for posting here. In fact, it's only the responses and comments (and 'likes') your posts receive (and therefore, presumably, inspire and encourage) which increase your earnings.
You can be as passionate and dedicated as you like about a topic but, unless your enthusiasm communicates itself to others and inspires them to interact, it's not worth a cent!

The highest earnings that someone earned here on myLot is for the amount of $45, it seems it's a good amount for a month from this type of site, but I guess it's totally time to consume, earning $5-$10 will take much time but it still depends on how active are you on the community, the highest amount that I can earn here on myLot is around $10, when I was inspired I remember I'm able to make $1+ per day, but it doesn't take long since after being active a lot, I got tired.
