Paypal is acting crazy

I cannot open my paypal account. It says that they observed some suspicious activity and made me go through some verifying activities. I have changed my mobile and so could not get that verification code that they attempted to send me Also I have forgotten those security answers. I am in a fix.
Thankfully money received in my account is automatically transferred to my bank account here. The problem comes when I have to send money.
Am at it and hopefully should be able to sort this out.

Mine is working fine. But I had that problem one time. I waited until the next day and logged in no problem. It could just be a glitch on their end.

@allknowing Are you getting a phone verification request when you first log on? If so look below it and see if there is a not now button. I have to skip that section every time anymore. It did drive me nuts one day until I noticed that.

@LadyDuck I think they should have a better system and not harass users.

@allknowing I use my desktop all the time, but I have installed two system, Linux and Windows. Sometimes I use Linux instead of Windows, they notice the difference and they send the email.

Good luck. Once you've messed up your account it takes forever to fix your mistakes.
