It's breaktime now and tea time as well for me. It feels amazing to drink tea when you get drained after studying .
Tea is refreshing for me.
I like coffee too but tea is like a gene which has been transferred from generation to generation because everyone loves and drinks tea a lot from my mother's side.
What did you have today? Tea or coffee or something else?

I'm glad you enjoy your tea! At one time I used to drink, coffee and tea but now find that water is just as enjoyable and refreshing and easily affordable.

@shubhu3 There must be a good reason why there is so much water on earth. Maybe, if we all drank enough of it on a daily basis we would be a lot healthier. Other drinks can be enjoyed but they should not replace water.

I am not a coffee drinker because I get palpitations even if I just had a decaf coffee. So normally, I just have decaf tea from Healthy Options. My two favorites would be the Get Clean Detox Tea and Kombucha Decaf Tea. I had Get Clean Detox Tea today and I feel great.
