I contemplated taking the bus to go grocery shopping today, then I wondered if I could walk there, as I've done in the past, then I wondered (after seeing the over 80 degree temperature and having felt the heat walking Angel) when my next door neighbor, who asks me sometimes if I need to go shopping, was going shopping anytime soon, so I called her and asked. She said she was planning on going today, but she has to get her schedule worked out. That's okay--it's not like I don't have anything to do around here while I'm waiting. It probably means we won't go until later this afternoon, which would not be my choice, but...you can't look a gift horse in the mouth.
