My Day So Far

It's nearing the dinner hour and I'm having meatloaf with baked potato. I have to figure out what kind of vegetable to have but that's no problem.
My day has flown by as most days do.
This is what I accomplished so far:
Mopped the kitchen floor
Had lunch (lentil soup with some wheat toast)
Took the dogs out
Watched the last episode of last season of Orange is the New Black ( can't believe how much I didn't remember). Now I'm ready to start the new episodes this week and wonder if it will be good enough to binge-watch.
Did some crocheting and I'm working on a pretty baby blanket. I opened the second skein of yarn and it's not surprising that it's all tangled. I spent the last hour trying to untangle it and roll it into a ball. My project is on hold until I get this done because it's an ombre pattern and I need the new skein to start exactly where the first one ended. Can't have it looking all lopsided.
I was going to take a nap but my daughter was texting me from the boat but now that they're at sea her texting will be limited for awhile.
Tonight is Big Brother and it's winding down to the last few shows.
I know many will be watching football but not me

Mine was good. Got a few things done today. I hate when a new skein of yarn is already a mess.

@Marilynda1225 Then to make things worse I have cats. I sometimes forget to put things out of their reach when I am not working on it. Or Bunny dog decides to hide my yarn from me. She dont chew things up, but likes to carry them around.

Busy day for you! Is your daughter on a cruise? I must have missed something. My day was more relaxing. I walked with my friends as usual, had brunch with my husband, and read while he watched the Giants win. Our son stopped by to see us and the kitties, of course. Enjoy your evening. Tonight, we are making dinner together.

Yes she's on a cruise that left NYC and is heading up to Maine and then Halifax.

@Marilynda1225 That's a wonderful and fun trip to take. I'm sure she will have a ton of fun and a ton to eat!!! Cruising is lots of fun. I'll let you know. It's tough to get into and I'm on chapter 4 already.

Hubby and I went to Church this morning...after lunch I went for a walk....just finished our dinner...waiting for the coffee to be ready.

My day was pretty good. I made goulash and watched football. It was raining all day here tomorrow and likely will be most of the day tomorrow. I was happy that it was cool and I could dress in warm fuzzy clothes.

@Marilynda1225 I start gathering things in a pile well before the day I need to leave. Then I add to it as I think of things. But I still sometimes forget something.

What a coincidence. I had meatloaf for dinner tonight. My side was brown rice. I spent most of the day cleaning the house. Great thing to do on a rainy day (which it was here).

It was a good day for meatloaf.
We didn't have rain but it's chilly and was overcast all day.

My day was just okay. Nothing unusual. I didn't do anything productive the whole day so I have to make it up tomorrow. Before I hit the sack, I am thinking of watching a few episodes of How To Get Away With Murder. So far, I am loving it.
