Mixed Feelings about 'Special Messages'

I have a few of "those friends" on Facebook---the ones who frequently accept 'Facebook's gracious offer to let us mass-mail a message' and use that function to send out "motivational postcards" like this one. One every so-often is fine, but two-or-three everyday? It reminds me why Our Heavenly Father doesn't want us to "use his name in vain"; because if we repeat his name fervently over every little 'vanity,' it won't be as powerful if we say it over something important! (& it's great to know your friends are reminded of you when they read some writing of heartfelt friendliness; but doesn't the 'think of some people you know and send this to them'-instruction sorta "cheapen" it a little?)

Oh, how I hate to see these messages when I get on FB just to see what is happening with my friends. This is what I consider stuff and nonsense.
