I have some guesses, but nothing for-sure yet. (When I BING-ed it, the top answer was that eggs satisfy very well & help you lower your calorie-intake for the rest of the day ... healthy reason #6 at the link). https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/6-reasons-why-eggs-are-the-healthiest-food-on-the-planet#section8 Do you know why they are mostly just 'for breakfast'?

that wasn't the question I mean, I KNOW 'not everybody does everything the same way.' This wasn't a discussion about 'why are they ONLY for breakfast with NO ONE EVER eating them for breakfast?' What would you GUESS is the reason they're usually a breakfast-food?

I use eggs in every meal. Sometimes, but not often, I have themfor breakfast. But many other times I cook with them for lunch or dinner.

@mythociate Maybe I don´t understand English too well. After all, it is not my native language. I read "Do you know why they are mostly just 'for breakfast"? and I though that this was a question and that you wanted an answer to it. I am very sorry. Specially I am very sorry about having to understand capital letters and angry emoticons. Sorry again. I won´t ever bother you. BTW. I read other answers and discovered that I was not the only one who understood in a wrong way. So, using the laws of probabilities, you must have written it in a wrong way.

Yesterday I had eggs scrambled with chorizzo and ate the leftovers rolled up in a flour tortilla today for lunch. I eat hard boiled eggs for a snack anytime.

@StartFlatBoke which is why I said MOSTLY. Had I said ENTIRELY, then "whether you do or not" would contribute something to the answer I'm looking-for. I'm sorry if it's sounds like I'm complaining (because I kind-of AM ). I'm just kind of frustrated that I'm trying to find out "why" something is the way it is, and I'm not getting any responses but "Well, sometimes it's not! a-hyuck " But if I told you I had 'a breakfast burrito,' the major difference between it & a regular (lunch or dinner) burrito would be "that it has EGGS in it," no?

@mythociate asked they are mostly just 'for breakfast' and I was just pointing out that they are not. I eat eggs any time of the day and enjoy them.

@rakski Kinda just 'frustration' ... probably the same kind people felt when they asked Lord Jesus questions about 'getting rich in this world' and He replied with advice about 'being rich In Eternity' or something.

@mythociate Did I misunderstood your question? Your question is "Do you know why they are mostly just 'for breakfast'?" and I answered it with my opinion and the way it is in my country? I cannot understand why the angry emotions there
