I Want To See Them As Stars

I was early this morning, but not very early. I went outside and awed, the twinkling stars in the morning, they are too many, holding up together and decorating the dark sky in big and small. Because there was no moon. And I want to see them as they are when as a child. Not as billions of planets and suns composing the milky way galaxy and as part of the cosmos universe that my teacher read to us from the science book. Its only now again I see them so many and sparkling. It seems too long ago I have not seen them. Twnkling morning to everybody.

Nothing like gazing up at the stars in a clear night sky to give you a sense of your own insignificance...

Maybe the moon set early because I had seen it last night... It is really nice to see those heavenly bodies.

Yes the moon is still like 'indayon' last night, and when she hides the stars are dancing.

And what time are we talking about here? I was supposed to walk early but then I remember I am on fasting so if I walk I will need water after so I will pass today and maybe tomorrow I can do that so I can admire the sky

Sometimes here the stars seem to be really close as though you could reach up and touch them.

@ilocosboy I don't think they are any closer to earth than where you are. Sometimes when it is really dark they seem closer.

I too seemed to have forgotten how the night time stars looked liked. Living in the city makes the stars looked dimmer and the city lights seem to overshadow them that is why it is not very good to look up at night because you can barely see a star except if there are no lights that can obscure them.

That's why you need to travel north and enjoy the gift of nature.

you will enjoy and appreciate the stars more when you have no electricity at night, and there are no clouds and no moon as well. the milky way galaxy dominates the night sky on a starry starry night

I remember when we went to one remote places in my province where electricity didn't serve yet, I woke up very early in the morning and went outside and saw the sky full of stars. The galaxy is visible because dusty cloud inthe middle of these stars.
