A Walk in The Dark / myLot

Got up and went on a walk with the missus this morning. Ace was very excited about going. He loves taking walks around the neighborhood. It is that time of year when we begin and end our morning walks in the dark. Thinking about it put me in mind of this song. I hope you have a great Thursday.

I wish the government would wise up and leave us on Daylight Savings Time, making it Standard Time and doing away with this changing business.

The music in the movie was performed by John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. Once in a great while you'll hear this song on an oldies station. I only knew about it because I happened across the movie years ago.

That is an old one! It seems sometimes we start work in the dark and get home in the dark. Prefer leaving in the light and returning when we can still see!

Big hit in the 80's. In Colorado Springs, the local AOR FM station did a weekly TV show called "Radiovision," showing an hour of music videos. It started at midnight. This was the show's theme song.

Good song. I'd be afraid to walk in the dark, with the nocturnal critters finishing up their overnight jaunts (I remember having to get one of my dogs away from a possum in the back yard one night). But as long as you have sidewalks, you should be safe from the other nocturnal critters (the drivers).....
