Do you often sit in front of the computer screen? You should not use the device with a bright screen for about 2 hours before going to sleep. Because using them before bedtime will disrupt the circadian rhythms, your brain will be deceived as natural daylight. Thus, melatonin, which is an endogenous hormone that stimulates sleepiness and falls into a sleep state, will be prevented. Maybe now you are sitting in front of the screen light. Remember it will not be good for your next sleep.

I am sure this is true. I work in front of one for 10-12 hours a day and then try to comget home and go straight to sleep and it doesn’t always work. But for me, reading books help before sleeping.

I need to cut down this screen time with my smartphone before bedtime. It emits those deceiving blue rays too.
