Mini gym update #9

TGIF! Though this morning was a cold one, just like last night, I most definitely bundled up in gloves and winter coat. I did warm up in the heated pool this morning and a cup of tea did a world of wonder.
As for Upwork, I did finish my assignment and sent it to my client via messenger in a document. Now I can relax and wait this weekend.
Last night for yoga, we had one new yogi in the midst of a full class. I guess everyone wanted to warm up from the cold. We pretty much almost did the same thing in last week's class:
6 Arm Raises and 6 Leg Raises (not together)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 1 Warrior Pose Sequence
4 Bridge Poses and 2 Big Toe Poses (1x/side with straps)
2 Forward Folds and 2 Child's Poses
1 Firelog Pose and 1 Cobbler Pose
2 Twisted Triangles (1x/side) and 2 Intense Side Stretches (1x/side)
I think that was about it before meditation.

We have not received the winter coat weather as yet. Still in the light windbreaker stage. Just put away my shorts for good, lol. Hope your yoga was a nice break from the cold weather.

It looks like quite a workout. I have been wanting to go to yoga..but something keeps coming up on the Thursday that I want to go. Maybe this week it will be possible.
