What`s For Dinner? Saturday Night

Since I had a lazy day I wanted to eat light, nothing heavy that I cannot work off.
I went the easy route, Taco salad.
On mine I just had lettuce, tomato with boca meat, cheese sauce and a little salsa.
Tony got hamburger meat, onions and sour cream on his besides the lettuce, tomato, and cheese sauce.
What did you have for dinner?

@andriaperry Saturday is my day off from cooking most weeks. When it gets cold this is hubbies way of cooking lol

I made a late afternoon pizza so I guess that was lunch. Probably if we are still hungry tonight we'll snack on that. By pizza I mean a tender crust that had an egg in it as well as almond milk and olive oil. I made a pesto sauce with cilantro and home oregano to put on the crust instead of a red sauce. I goofed and didn't add enough garlic powder. Green pepper slices, onion, mushroom and tomato slices then cheddar cheese sprinkled over. A few black olives.

@andriaperry I always get a laugh when I make this particular dough cause its a common Betty Crocker sweet roll dough, all grown up and hippie-fied.

Taco salad, minus the lettuce sounds good. I had another day of "cheat meals" because there were birthday celebrations, and lunch at the pizza place where my son went to enter a costume contest.

Saturday night I had leftovers from our supper out on Friday night-I brought home a doggie bag as I didn't eat much.
My husband had 2 bowls of the homemade soup that I made for him on Friday. And it was the first time that I tried that recipe, and he told me that he loved it.
