Going to Bed Early Tonight

I got almost no sleep last night and forced myself to stay up today without a nap so I could get a decent night's sleep.
At least I won't have NaNo on my mind tonight, I hope. I did read a couple of chapters of New Horizons, and of course, I edited a bit as I read. Hey, it comes with the territory. I can't read without editing. I also got one chapter edited for Thread of Evidence. I thought I would get two, but decided to save the brain for tomorrow, and came here instead.
My stomach has been bad all day, so I won't be going to the pool tomorrow unless it's much better. I sent an e-mail to my friend letting her know I wouldn't be there.
Tomorrow is laundry day, so I don't know how much I'm going to get done with either book tomorrow. My plan is to work a chapter for each. We'll see how it goes. If I can write at least 1667 words for New Horizons, I'll be on track for 50K in 30 days. I'm grateful I still have all of December to get Thread of Evidence finished, though I think I've only got about 23 chapters to go now. I'll get it done easily by the end of November, even with writing for NaNoWriMo.
I'll be here at some point tomorrow, most likely before I do laundry.

Thank you. I didn't make my usual either, but I wasn't here as much last month, and even less this month so far. I did make payout though.

I will write for a couple more hours tonight on "A Bitter End and A fresh Start" and then tomororw I will work, and then start on Hannahs Song for NaNoWriMo

@thislittlepennyearns I update it once a day when I'm finished writing. Though yesterday I updated twice because I was a couple words away from 2K, so I wrote a few more to make up the difference and got quite a few more added before I turned off the computer.

@just4him my total as of right now is 12, 139. I am about to make something to eat and then write some more. I always check to see how my writing buddies are doing when I log on. How often do update your word count?

I hope you did get some sleep and had a good work day.
It's a 50k challenge put on by the site NaNoWriMo every year. I've taken part in several challenges since I learned about it many years ago, and have won all of them and usually wrote about 80k in one month. I did last year, and it's that book I hope to finish this month. Thread of Evidence is the one on a deadline with my publisher. I'm editing that one and should have it finished before the end of this month, but I do have until December 31st to get it to her.

@just4him She is precious. I wish I could hold and kiss her. I saw my doctor about 3 weeks ago and thought I was getting an ulcer. He checked me and I didn't have pain, just stress. He suggested eating yogurt to coat my stomach and an over the counter medicine, Prylosec SP??? if needed. I do eat yogurt, but am fine. It was stress. He suggested an endoscopy if I didn't feel better. Hope your ulcer heals itself.

@DianneN I'm glad it was just stress. Thank you. I want to get over to see her again. I don't know when that will happen. At least this week isn't as hectic as last week was. I think the ulcer did heal itself or maybe it was stress like you had. At least I haven't had any gut pain in over a week now, which is good.

Thank you. She's so precious! Thank you, I hope so. I think with all the stress I'm under with two books this month, I've developed an ulcer. I'm drinking turmeric tea, which said online it worked well with it and has a lot of anti-inflammatory spices in it, ginger is one of them. I know it's helping, that's all that matters.

So cute your Granddaughter! Hope you're feeling better so you can go swimming. Oct. was no pay out month for me. I just sold an item I'd posted on letgo.com...it went rather well. I hope to sell all the things I've posted on letgo.com. Got maybe one or 2 more things people are interested in buying right now. I find many things I'd like to sell for letgo.com is my near future and finish my spring cleaning for celebrations of the New Years and the holiday season. I want to just celebrate and get ready for New Years in Dec, so I've started early for my spring cleaning which I'm almost done. Of course dusting is perpetual and every week. I hope to meet up with many customers for my letgo.com posting of things I want to sell. Soon the holidays are coming so I hope many be in the buying mood. I'm planning my Thanksgiving celebration at home. So far got rice, roast pork, red pork, yaki soba a noodle dish. Still not certain of the main course for Thanksgiving. I'm not a turkey eater.

October and November here in our country people are busy with festivals. I enjoyed a lot. My future plan is to complete $1 within 5th or 6th of this month. You are really tired. So no more today. More again when we meet here. Good night with sweet dreams.
