do you prefere cereal bars or a bowl of cereal or both,i like both they fit just perfeact in my life

Cereal bowl. Not every cereal comes in a bar. Plus cereal will lasts longer and costs less.

I would prefer a bowl of cereal. It just tastes better when it is all covered with cold milk.

Bowl of cereal, especially Alpen. I can't stand the cereal bars because they are loaded with sugar and oils which are bad for you and they are not as filling as a good bowl of cereal and besides I'd miss the milk!
